This city is considered to be the heart of Ukraine due to many
factors: its geographical location, its role in the development
of Ukrainian culture and life. It is associated with the names
of many famous Ukrainian writers. It is associated with the

destiny to sovereignty and free it from a hard despotism of
Peter the Great and the Russian Empire. In this struggle he
